Lean Production Engineer

We are looking for a “Lean Production Engineer” for our company operates in automotive and rail system vehicles sector in Ankara.

Qualifications ;

• Bachelor degree in Industrial or Mechanic Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing Processes
• Kaizen studies, visual management, Gemba, 5S, time study, method study and other lean tools experience and knowledge is matters
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must (2nd foreign language is preferred)
• Have a very good verbal-written communication, reporting and presentation skills
• Preferably having industry experience
• Have problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Can understand the production logic of the company, can see the whole
• Have value awereness and can see the wastefulness,
• Ability to work under stress and within tight deadlines
• Having organizational and coordination skills and a proactive approach
• Very good drafting, coordination, problem solving and analytical and strategic planning skills
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Living in or able to live in Ankara

Job Description;

• Organizing lean manufacturing techniques applications in production / office areas,
• Follow-up of productivity-enhancing activities in manufacturing and line applications,
• Being responsible for the implementation of lean production activities within the factory processes,
• Provides mapping the factory value stream, eliminating waste and delays along the value stream, creating high quality processes and managing support activities,
• Keeping the machine and general layout plans up to date in accordance with Lean Production activities,
• In accordance with the lean production methodology, Kaizen Studies, 5S, Gemba, Visual Management etc. dominating the activities and ensuring that they are carried out,
• Participating in continuous improvement activities, carrying out necessary studies to ensure continuity,
• Revealing activities and processes that do not have added value through time studies,
• Developing the new method of the work and calculating the standard time of the developed method in order to create and update the study and method data, to benefit from the workforce, machinery, materials and equipment at the highest efficiency level and to determine the most suitable working method,
• To fully implement all documentation and activities that fall under the responsibility of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45001).
