Main Activities

• Manage domestic and international technical purchasing processes for production and indirect materials, components and services.
• Process offer request and prepare complete and precise offer-cost comparison and take care about order approval process;
• Conduct regular price, market and supplier research on existing and new materials, components and services, and report related result;
• Manage materials, components and services claims with suppliers.
• Execute procurement activities ensuring that the deliveries are respected and shortened to meet the customer demand and reduce the total purchasing costs (TCO);
• Support  the headquarter for international projects and carry out scouting activities;
• Analyse existing supply chain and implement necessary actions to reduce supplying risk;
• Work together with quality dept. on supplier's auditing and take care about suppliers performance improvement;
• Carry out customs organizations and follow up the processes;
• Work closely with sales team to gather sales forecast, manage purchasing plan and define sales order material cost budget;
• Actively involved in Quality Management System improvement activities;
• Work together with the Quality Team to improve supplier as well as material performance

General Skills

• University degree preferably in engineering  (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Management etc)
  
• Honesty;
• Have an engineering or technical business background;
• Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably literacy in ERP;
• Successful in human relations and teamworking;
• Having knowledge of general principles of Lean Management;
• Having capability to work under stress as well in multifunctional team;
• Military obligation  completed for male candidates;
• No travel restrictions
