Qualifications
· Minimum 15 years of experience in construction estimating and pre-construction activities.
· Strong background in cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and bid preparation.
· Experience managing team of estimators.
· Experience in large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects.
· International project experience is mandatory.
· Advanced English communication skills.
· Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
· Experience with cost management and estimation software.
· Ensure estimating quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
· Collaborate with international partners and stakeholders on global projects.
· Willingness to relocate across Türkiye.
Responsibilities
· Lead all estimating and pre-construction activities.
· Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
· Analyze project risks and opportunities during the tender stage.
· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.
· Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
· Support business development and bidding activities.
· Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory.
· Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
· Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
· Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
