• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university Degree in Engineering preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineer.
• Min. 5 yrs experience automotive industrial environment preferably in visual & functional plastic parts quality management.
• Good understanding of  Automotive quality tools( PPAP, FMEA,SPC, MSA etc.)
• Possesing team working skills, systematic approach and management skills.
• Ability to work in time lines under busy Automotive nature.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Competency in office software, particularly in Excel and MS Project.
• Residing near to Gebze.
• Able to work with multinational teams.
• Having no military obligation (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Be responsible of all quality activity in plant.
• Prepare and submit PPAP/ PSW documentation for new or transfer programs.
• Act as customer quality interphase for product engineering changes in serial life.
• Ensure that ISO/TS16949 quality procedures are strictly applied. Plan and implement internal audits.
• Weekly and monthly Reporting of key quality performance indicators.
• Cooperate with functional staff in other plants and local plant production department for continious improvement of product & process quality to meet or exceed expectation of customers.
• Monitor and improve supplier quality; plan & implement audits at suppliers.
• Follow customer complaints, take necessary corrective actions with his/her team and ensure prompt 8D feedback to customer.
• Manage 3 injection and 1 assembly process quality technicians, 9 assembly line quality inspectors 
• Plan & implement staff trainings.
