QUALIFICATIONS

·             Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / International relations

·             Good command of English and Franch

·             At least 5+ years of experience in related jobs

·             Knowledge in customs rules and regulations as well as international freight

·             Experience in handling all related banking process of Export

·             No obstacles to travel and take part in international affairs and international customer visits.

·             Team Player

·             Having  analytical thinking and problem solving skills besides the emotional quotient,

·             Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving and persuasion skills,

·             Self-motivated with a positive attitude,

·             Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level,

·             Having a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively,

·             (For male candidates - military service must be completed!)

JOB DESCRIPTION

·             To communicate actively with customers, respond to customer inquiries, guide customers through the ordering process, give product recommendations, provide necessary export documentation

·             Responsible for getting data for Rolling Sales Forecast, processing them and continuously updating for upcoming months

·             Placing sales orders intto the ERP System

·             Follow up with planning and manufacturing departments to ensure that the orders are manufactured on time

·             Coordinate shipments and priorities with production

·             Organizing customs broker, transportation and shipment processes and arranging documents during export processes

·             Provides feedback to dept. managers in order to meet customer needs

·             Following customers payment performance and informing related parties
