Responsibilities

• Specify, design, develop, realize, integrate, and test modules and systems
• Prepare and implement automated test processes
• Lead and actively participate in design review, test planning and test strategy
• Lead effort towards efficiency, effectiveness, stability, extensibility, and scalability of the system
• Secure Product quality to develop products that meet specifications
• Continuous improvement of the systems as they will need to scale
• Collaborate with your peers and stakeholders to ensure that our products are meeting the highest quality
• Actively participate in employee hiring and development process.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of all aspects of testing (10+ years)
• Experience with open source (Apache Projects, Spring, Apache Maven)
• Experience with automated testing (TDD, Mocking, Unit/Functional/Integration)
• Knowledge of common design patterns and design principles
• Good knowledge and experience with security constructs – OAuth 2.0, TLS, OWASP
• Experience with Agile
• Strong collaboration skills with business and ops
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Independent and strong ownership of business problems and technical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ISTQB

• UML, OOP, Design Patterns knowledge
