QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on performance channels and growth, 

• 3+ years of experience managing a multifunctional marketing team, 

• Technical experience with a history of collaborating with engineering, data science, BI, and more, 

• Demonstrated success in driving user growth at scale, 

• Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and influence marketing strategy, 

• Ability to present and explain work to executive leadership, 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the strategy, execution & innovation of our paid media and social media programs and champion their success across geographies,

• Build, manage and optimize programmatic marketing programs in partnership with our CRM - Marketing Operations team, 

• Be the company's evangelist for social media, digital marketing, leveraging a keen sense of trends and culture to become the go-to resource for marketing innovation,

 • Manage the Performance Marketing KPIs for all web properties and channels, 

• Act as a strong business manager of the Performance Marketing demand generation channels, including SEM/SEO, retargeting, display, content syndication, paid and organic social media, etc. Ensure revenue, ROI, and other business goals are met, 

• Collaborate with finance and data science to ensure accurate revenue and profit attributions for each of the web properties and channels, 

• Develop short and long-term strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase traffic, revenue, and margins, 

• Lead all re-marketing; contextual & display media planning, research, analysis, etc, 

• Manage execution of paid social acquisition across various ad platforms, 

• Work with internal team to create, execute and optimize campaigns, 

• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them, 

• Negotiate, develop, monitor and manage the delivery of booked campaigns on CPA, CPC and CPM models, 

• Maintain campaign budgets and monitor delivery and pacing (for all billing across Performance Marketing; SEM, Paid Social and Re-Marketing), 

• Collaborate with other cross-channel experts on integrated campaigns.
