Job Summary

Contribute plant’s quality functions to create a solid control environment. Be a business partner to supply chain and production, providing business information support. Insure timely and accuratequalityreporting and performance analysis to ensureCustomer Specific Requirements and Product Quality to all customers.

Role Reports to

Plant Quality & Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Implements and contributes all necessary studies to ensure management systems based on customer satisfaction, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001,
• Lead, guides and supports employees in order to achieve the company, department and personal goals,
• Manages analysis, oversight and control activities of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Constantly follows and stays up to date with national and international standards, customer specifications, and requirements for full compliance
• Manages customer complaints and relevant procedures
• Manages his team of blue collar personnel in the company
• Ensures the implementation of all necessary activities and controls to prevent quality errors,
• Works in harmony with cross functional organizations within the scope of project management,

 Formal qualifications required

• Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Materials Science & Metallurgy Engineering Degree
• Minimum five years of experience as QualityEngineer (both control & assurance) in automotive industry as Tier 1 or Tier 2 and managing of Quality Team
• Excellent command of English (Currently active verbal and written English)
• Experience in IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 management systems and applications
• Excellent knowledge in Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP etc)
• Excellent knowledge in Problem Solving Tools (8D, tPS, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc)
• Experience in Risk management and Stress management
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Well organized with attention to details, problem solver and results oriented
• Strong communications skills, truly believes in the importance of teamwork
• Accepts responsibility, can cope with intense workload
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Residing in Istanbul Europe side
