DEPARTMENT & ROLE

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to work with within the Human Resources department in our Turkey office. If you are interested in being a part of our international luxury goods company, apply now!

• If you graduated from the relevant undergraduate departments of universities such as business administrations, economics, sociology etc.,

• If you have a good command of written and spoken in English,

• If you have at least 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources,

• If you have taken an active role in the selection and placement process from the beginning till the end,

• If you have knowledge about performance management, career planning and organizational development,

• If you have high communication and persuasion skills,

What will you do in this position?

• Carrying out recruitment processes from the beginning to end to meet the  human resources need of our company,

• Posting job advertisements, reviewing candidate applications, identifying suitable candidates for positions and conducting interviews with them,

• Taking an active role in Human Resources process and system establishment activities,

• Taking an active role in the preparation of HR policies,

• Being in contact with consulting organizations and making agreements,

• To follow the legal regulations in the field of HR and national/international developments, 

• To prepare periodic reports on the activities of the HR department,

• Planning and publishing in-company announcements,

• Monitoring Performance and Career Management,
