In support department of our company have the following features, we are looking for "Customer Support Representative in 
Slovak". 


QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Slovak and English
  • Knowledge of  MS Office Programs,
  • Customer  oriented and  team member
  • Self-motivated, energetic  and high communication
  • We are looking teammates for our company is located in İstanbul (Yenibosna)


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To provide accurate information to meet customer needs
  • To forward customers requests, opinions and complaints to relevant departments
  • To develop solutions for customers problems
  • To follow procedures, guidelines and policies to resolve customer complaints
  • To assist customers to improve their shopping experience
  • To proofread in Slovak and English language
  • To create texts for the company's website 
  • To check and ensure the accuracy of the content of GLAMIRA’s online shops,
  • To conduct research and analysis on the sector-related subjects when required,
  • To provide feedback to improve the quality of service 
  • To provide reports
  • To take part in various projects as assigned

Preferred Candidate

High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
Slovak(Reading : Native Language, Writing : Native Language, Speaking : Native Language)
