QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GLAMIRA is a Germany based jewelry brand that offers customizable jewelry for women, men and kids. Today, GLAMIRA reaches people from nearly 70 countries that speak 29 different languages thanks to its unique understanding of jewelry which it has been passionately loyal to for nearly 20 years.

 Growing day by day in the global market with its strong e-commerce infrastructure, GLAMIRA is not content with meeting today's expectations and has made it its mission to shape the jewelry concept of tomorrow. With its growing staff, GLAMIRA is looking for passionate teammates to share its excitement in its journey, which started in a small city in Germany and progressed towards becoming a global company.

 In Human Resources department of our company has the following features, we are looking for a"HR Business Partner".

 
Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, employee satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills
  • Flexible communication style to interact with employees at all levels in order to resolve complex issues
  • Self-motivated and initiative taker
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Meticulous attention to details and highly organized

 
Job Description

  • International search and match qualified candidates, through company database, social media channels, job boards and other resources 
  • Negotiate salary and employment offers
  • To manage compensation and benefits processes 
  • To conduct training needs analysis, to create annual training plans
  • To manage and to set up the performance evaluation processes
  • To establish business culture, policies and procedures and revise them according to business needs
  • To manage internal disciplinary processes

Preferred Candidate

5 - 12 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Exempt, Completed
