In our growing structure we are looking for UX Designer who will work in Digital Marketing area our company.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent practical job experience in a .com / e-commerce company.

  • 3+ years experience in UX design both mobile and desktop

  • Ability to design user-friendly interfaces in line with up-to-date technologies

  • Deep knowledge in user-centered design and mobile-first understanding

  • Proficiency in applications like Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision or other design, wireframe and mockup tools,

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and XML web technologies’ general principles,

  • Understanding of global trends about web and mobile UX,

  • Having an eye for color choices or general art direction principles,

  • Experience in A/B tests,

  • Having analytical point-of-view,

  • Result-oriented team player with problem-solving skills,

  • Demonstrate UX skill with a strong portfolio

  • Excellent communication skills both English and Turkish

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyze customer needs and behavior, design user-centered flows

  • Design and update user interfaces according to global trends and technological innovations both for mobile and desktop e-commerce websites.

  • Planning A/B tests, analyzing results and optimizing web design accordingly

  • Design web banners, landing pages, mailings/newsletters

  • Communicate tech team about new UI’s, follow up tasks via project management tool, create test cases or make hands-on tests when necessary

  • Localize UX design according to cultures and customers’ behaviors for different countries.

  • Actively participate in campaign and category management processes.
