In order to support GLAMIRA’s creative approach to jewelry, we manage our operations in 67 countries and in 18 different languages with local marketing strategies. Digital Operations Team, we would like to hear more about you. We are looking for CRM Specialist to work with us in our Maslak Office.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Graduated from one of the following departments: Statistics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics.

  • Has 2-3 years of experience in topics like Customer Segmentation, Campaign Management, Data Analyzation, Reporting, Customer Loyalty processes. 

  • Have knowledge of ERP applications such as NetSuite.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English 

  • Preferably have knowledge about SQL and data mining

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to analyze and process data.

  • Systematic working, capable of planning, organizing, and reporting.

  • Prone to teamwork, able to keep pace with intensive and sometimes stressful work tempo.  

  • Reporting and presentation capability, result-oriented. 

  • Experienced in Internet/ E-commerce sectors, have knowledge about Web technologies. 

  • For male candidates, completed military service.


 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare daily, monthly, yearly CRM KPI, campaign, web visitors, sales, product reports,etc.

  • Supporting the management of the email calendar for campaigns and customer lifecycle.

  • Running the emailing process and provide reports. Experience A/B testing email campaigns with a focus on improving key email engagement metrics.

  • Analyze customer data to conduct and develop segmentation.

  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis on demand.

  • Determine target groups for campaigns and show expected results.

  • Coordinate technical system tests.

2 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
