QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GLAMIRA is a Germany based jewelry brand that offers customizable jewelry for women, men and kids. Today, GLAMIRA reaches people from nearly 70 countries that speak 29 different languages thanks to its unique understanding of jewelry which it has been passionately loyal to for nearly 20 years.

 

Growing day by day in the global market with its strong e-commerce infrastructure, GLAMIRA is not content with meeting today's expectations and has made it its mission to shape the jewelry concept of tomorrow. With its growing staff, GLAMIRA is looking for passionate teammates to share its excitement in its journey, which started in a small city in Germany and progressed towards becoming a global company.

 

In support department of our company has the following features, we are looking for a "Customer Representative, English".


  • Written and spoken English at Native Level (Min C1 Level might be accepted)
  • High communication skills
  • Customer oriented and team player
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Having good planning and organizing skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates 

 

Job Description

    • To provide solutions and support for questions and problems received from English speaker customers via E-Mail, Live Chat and Call.

    • To ensure the coordination regularly and control of our English language website and social media channels.

    • Analyzing and correcting the mistakes that may occur on the page and at the same time ensuring the control of the contents entered in English.

    • To translate particular contents from Turkish to English.

  • Salary: 5.000 TL Net Salary (12 Monthly AverageGross Salary 7.490 TL) + Minimum Living Allowances 

  • Bonus: Achieving KPI targets based on customer satisfaction

  • An international working environment in 30 different languages

  • Teammates serving at the mother tongue level they are responsible for.

  • There is an absolutely no "sales-oriented" working system in our customer service team. 

  • Working Hours: 9 a.m - 6 p.m

 

P.S: Candidates who do not reside in İstanbul, must have their own Computer or Laptop.
