QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In e-commerce department of our company have the following the features , we are looking for Head of Warranty&Returns.

  • General computer skills, ability to learn and or work in internal business systems.
  • Familiarity working in multiple systems and platforms, such as ERP.
  • Ability to manage a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment, to maintain productivity in a rapidly changing demanding environment.
  • Must be detailed oriented with an analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Must be able to properly and positively engage and interact with peers.
  • Positive attitude and highly motivated individual. Able to work cross functionally with teams from support departments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full process of returns and refunds.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team processing of inbound returns and back to stock.
  • Perform quality checks on processed goods returning to stock.
  • Assess return requests and provide feedback to relevant departments.
  • Monitor and evaluate warranty returns, assess problems relative to usual life span.
  • Provide feedback on recurring product problems to relative departments and management.
  • Manage inquiries regarding repair process.
  • Maintain information and communications in CRM and other systems.
  • Maintain log of complaints regarding manufacture problems.
  • Provide international subsidiaries and offices with materials necessary for local repairs.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to management periodically.
  • Communicate problems and required actions to the customer representatives to contact the customer in non-warranty cases.
  • Work directly with the CS department in regards to solving CS issues concerning Warranty issues.
  • Ensure that time sensitive and priority requests are processed appropriately.
  • Work directly with international offices to coordinate timely processing of returns.
  • Maintain documentation as required by company policy.
  • Train department members in warranty policies and procedures and in reviewing, processing, repair, and customer service guidelines, procedures and work rules.
  • Maintain an organized work environment.
  • Ensure customer contact and repair process SLAs are being met.
  • Continually drive to faster turn times on repairs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
