We are looking for a "UX/UI Design Manager" to join our growingDigital Operations Team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital experience, web development, and web design,
• Leading the whole process of the UX/UI design for multiple platforms and products
• A track record of designing exceptional experiences for complex, data-driven, web and mobile pages, solving end-to-end UX problems,
• Experience supervising or mentoring more junior UX designers,
• Experience with design systems,
• Landing page optimization experience,
• Highly data-driven with a strong ability to learn new tools and technologies,
• Excellent strategic thinker with strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills,
• Self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements,
• Familiar with accessibility standards and look to create accessible and inclusive design as much as possible,
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines,
• Ability to work and manage multiple ongoing projects.

 Responsibilities

• Act as the Web Strategy Lead to define the web roadmap through user research, consumer segmentation, competitive assessments, and alignment with business requirements,
• Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex web projects,
• Implement UX and UI best practices across the organization,
• Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications,
• Build and lead the team that is responsible for our digital web experience and optimization,
• Design and implement the mechanics of our website, including influence over the visual design and navigation,
• Research and compile strategies based on industry best practices and campaign types,
• Develop an A/B and multivariate testing plan to optimize for variables impacting site performance positively,
• Work side-by-side with the Creative Director as you help build and manage a team of UX and UI designers and collaborate with copywriters, visual designers,
• Develop web tracking and reporting of website performance and implement improvements and recommendations,
• Work with a wide range of stakeholders to produce design solutions,
• Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure web experiences and SEO requirements are met.
