QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Global Exchange Group is a Spanish multinational Company specialised in foreign currency exchange services for tourists at International Airports. Founded in Spain in 1996, Global Exchange has become one of the leading companies in the industry by providing currency services with its over 300 branches located in more than 20 countries on 5 continents as well as in more than 55 international airports in the last 23 years. Having launched its operations in Turkey at Antalya Airport in December 2017, Global Exchange began offering currency exchange services through its 41 branches at Istanbul Airport, which started to deliver full capacity services in April.

Global Exchange is well known by their strong and constant commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in the experience they offer to their customers, both through their branches, as well as their products and services. 

As Global Exchange family we are seeking forCustomer Services Representativesfor our Work Center in Istanbul Airport.  

  • 2 year Vocational School or 4 year University Degree
  • Fluency in English (A second or third language will be a value for the position e.g. German, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, etc.)
  • Having interest in sales and/or customer services positionsr or having previous experience in sales and/or customer services positions in retail, fmcg, f&b, tourism sectors is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Having the ability to understand and identify customer expectations and needs
  • Willingness to make direct contact with customers, to take responsibility, and to provide the best service
  • Willingness to work in three different shifts (07:00-15:00; 15:00-23:00; 23:00-07:00)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing exchange services in line with procedures of Company and legal authorities centering excellence in customer service 
  • Identifying customer expectations & needs and representing our Company during exchange transactions by using our processes,  advantages, and cross sales opportunities
  • Recording transactions based on legal requirements
  • Responding to all customer disagreements with a clear and solid aspect
  • Sharing ideas and suggestions regarding Company's development and improvement
