QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Global Kapital Group was established in 2010 and has grown in ten years to a global financial services company, with offices across 18-countries and a total workforce of over 1,500 people. 

This role will work for the global brokerage business line of Global Kapital Group.

Mission

Reporting to the CMO, your mission will be to manage performance marketing campaigns for the various online brokerage products across 12 countries in Asia and EMEA.

You will work closely with the various country marketing heads to plan marketing campaigns and initiatives that meet their KPI.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
• Ensure successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI's (CPL, CPA, ROAS, Traffic Quality).
• Optimise campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
• Write content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages
• Build and run A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage
• Manage SEO
• Manage, hire and train a team of performance marketing specialists. Identify & support building key capabilities we need to meet our business and performance marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of direct, relevant experience in performance marketing, campaign management and SEO
• Deep knowledge of digital media planning and buying and Ad Tech.
• Proven track record in delivering successful digital marketing campaigns
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience
• Fluent English
• Experience in a regulated industry such as Forex, Online Gaming etc is an advantage
• Multinational work experience is a big plus
