QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Reporting directly to the Head of HR as well as the Country Manager(s), responsible for full spectrum of Turkey office’s HR (Recruitment & on boarding, C&B, Budget planning, Organizational development, Training & development, Performance management, Policies and procedures, Analyses and benchmarking, Staff engagement, Conflict resolution, Disciplinary action, Termination etc.

·         Work closely with the Country Manager to identify the hiring needs and plays the role of Business Partner.

·         Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process to support hiring managers from manpower planning, job posting, conducting interviews, selection to post-employment follow up;

·         Maintain and administer an efficient and systematic procedure/system in keeping all HR records and confidential materials to ensure information security;

·         Prepare management and analysis reports for annual benchmarking on compensation packages, medical insurance scheme, job grading and evaluation through market research & data analysis;

·         Support the admin team with all HR administrative related  and travel arrangements including flight and hotel arrangement, visa application, travel insurance and expenses;

 

  • At least 5 years working experience in relevant position;

·         Preferably worked in a similar organization in apparel industry

  • Good understanding of Turkey laws;
  • Organized, self-disciplined, focused, and accurate;
  • Act with personal professionalism and integrity at all times;
  • Display a positive attitude, even under pressure;
  • Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner;
  • Excellent communications skill and fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

 

  • Good command of written and spoken English.
