QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


For our IT team, we are looking for bright, hardworking and enthusiastic team members to take an active role in the functions such as ’Systems Support Specialist’ which is based in Global Yatırım Holding HQ in Levent. Please apply before July 30th, 2022.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  •        University degree from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics or other related programs,
  •        Have minimum 3-4 years of IT Operations/ On-site Support experience along with technical support preferably in corporate companies,
  •         Good command of written and spoken English (able to support non-Turkish co-workers),
  •         Very well understanding of computer hardware, Microsoft Server & Client OS, AD, 365, Azure, smartphones and printers, field operations equipment and structured cabling,
  •         Certificated on related Microsoft subjects are preferable,
  •         Ability to provide end user technical support and resolve queries, determine IT needs and train end-users,
  •         Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics,
  •         Excellent analytical, teamwork and multi-tasking skills,
  •         Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse workforce at all levels in a multi-cultural environment and team,
  •         Ability to identify areas of potential improvement and recommend solutions,
  •         Good team players and methodical problem-solvers with an aptitude for learning and quickly adapting new skills,
  •         Able to travel when required,
  •         Able to work out of business hours when required.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  •        Provide support for office or remote end-users,
  •        Provide IT Operations (monitoring of Systems, handling scheduled jobs like backup, file transfer, scripted functions etc.),
  •        Monitor all alarms generated by the Systems and taking required actions,
  •        Provide Level 1 / 2 support for all IT problems and requests coming from the users and maintain asset management for end user systems,
  •        Open and follow up cases for outsourced support firms,
  •        Handle Service Desk function with a good Customer satisfaction,
  •        Make regular Alarm – ticket – request trend and category analysis and generating meaningful problems to initiate corrective actions,
  •        Support root cause analysis of the high severity and recurring problems,
  •        Maintain Data Centers, system rooms, servers, network, video/ voice/ CCTV/ radio systems,
  •        Support and join IT audits
