• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst.
  
• Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements.
  
• Good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
  
• Experience in writing specifications and developing drafts of user interfaces,
  
• Requirements management and knowledge of project life cycle models.
  
• Skilled in relational database systems and functional requirements documentations.
  
• Have analytical and creative problem solving skills, be self-motivated, ability to set and manage priorities.
  

Job Description:

• Translate the business expectations and needs into detailed systems/ projects specifications.
  
• Analyze business processes and investigate areas for improvements and user friendly simplifications.
  
• Regularly update and prepare status reports of projects.
  
• Document related information according to standards and update existing documents when necessary.
  
• Business processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologies.
