GNR Exclusive Language Solutions, one of the leading institutions in the education sector, executes projects with Turkey’s leading corporations as well as international firms and is currently recruiting professional part-time Instructors of English and candidates from other professional sectors for its on-going and possible new corporate projects in Istanbul and Izmit.

Minimum requirements for Non-Native Teachers of English: 

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in ELT, TESOL, ESL, EFL or Applied Linguistics.
• A minimum of 1-year experience.

Minimum requirements for Native Teachers:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a related field.
• Preferably qualification in English Language Teaching for applicants from other professional sectors (e.g., CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL certification).
• A minimum of 1 year EFL experience at all levels.

Minimum requirements for applicants from other sectors:

• A minimum of 1-year full-time experience in any professional business environment.
• Having an advanced level in English.

 
Essential Skills: 

• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology is highly desirable.
• A strong commitment to enabling students to achieve their learning goals.
• A comprehensive knowledge and experience of English and teaching.
• Self-motivation, reliability and flexibility, with a student-focused attitude.
• The ability to work in a mobile teaching environment and to meet deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To prepare and deliver quality English lessons for the agreed number of hours with the patented GNR method.
• To support students as they learn and help them to progress. To enable students to achieve their learning goals.
• To keep records up to date (e.g. class registers, corporate reports) and to complete administrative duties related to the role.
• To write progress reports as required.
• To take part in material development as required.
• To take part in seminars and workshops to upgrade skills relevant to the job description as part of a continuing development program.
• Other duties relevant to the job description as required.
