QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager who wil be reporting to General Manager
Responsibilities
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Drive the ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Manage Outlet’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Follow the new trends on food & beverage industry
Create new beverage menus along with the new trends
Keeping the Outlets in good condition at all times
Requirements
Young and dynamic F&B leader
Proven work experience as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor / Manager or similar role
Extensive food and beverage knowledge
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Preferred Candidate
More than 3 years of experience
High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
