QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Legal Associate

Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities include but not limited to:
o Following all legal processes of the company
o Preparing and responding to the notifications on behalf of the company from judicial and administrative jurisdictions, enforcement offices and others notary public
o Responsible for drafting, vetting, negotiating, reviewing and closing various legal agreements
o Provide support on critical legal projects such as the implementation of data privacy, implementation of corporate policies, legal aspects of launching new products/services
o Familiarity with the European Payment Services Directives & related regulations
o Provide timely legal advice and assistance to other departments where needed
o Accurate and timely production of all assigned tasks
o Make a committed effort to stay abreast of new and changing regulatory and legal issues and industry initiatives impacting the practice areas of the Company
Required Skills / Knowledge
o Excellent academic credentials
o At least 4 years of legal experience
o Competent computer and IT user
o Proficient in English language is a must
o Ability to spot general legal issues
o Strong knowledge and experience on Commercial Law, Personal Data Protection Law, Law On Payment And Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services And Electronic Money Institutions and Prevention Of Laundering Proceeds Of Crime and relevant rules&legislations
o Agility to move between a wide range of matters
o Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
o Excellent oral and written skills
