System Support Specialist(Helpdesk)

Job Description:

• Meeting, analyzing and producing solutions for problems and demands reported by Project Managers or employees,

• To follow the solution process of the forwarded problems and requests, to give feedback to the users,

• To direct problems and requests to relevant Level2-Level3 experts when necessary,

• To carry out daily/periodic maintenance and support activities related to IT Services,

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from related departments of universities,

• Residing in Antalya

• Experienced in end user support (Operating System, Office Applications, VPN connection, etc.) working in the domain structure,

• Knowledge and experience in the installation and management of Microsoft products, experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,

• Experienced in Mobilde Device Management

• Experienced in Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) management

• Experienced in Apple Ipad device setup and management with MDM

• Having knowledge and experience oftroubleshooting in PC, Notebook and peripherals,

• Competent in problem solving, customer satisfaction oriented, willing to take responsibility, strong communication skills and social relations,

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Will be able to work outside working hours when necessary.

• No restrictions on domestic and international travel

• Planned and regular working, strong communication skills and prone to teamwork,

• Having a Class B Driving Licence

• Able to work under pressure and keep up with intense working tempo,

• Not related to military service for male candidates.
