QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand and analyze customer needs and translate them into user stories and technical requirements
- Maintain product roadmap and backlog
- Manage and groom the backlog and effectively prioritize all features and bugs
- Interface and work with the line manager who manages the product/project through its lifecycle
- Experience working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners/clients
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, testers and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Write technical product requirements, use scenarios and create mock ups as needed
- Produce documentation and training to support stakeholders.
- Define success criteria for testing and acceptance
- Drive delivery of new features and interface with product line manager and software development / project team
- In-depth knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid) and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advance level of English. The ability to handle in English language both the release of technical documentation and meetings to interact with international teams/contacts is required.
