JOB DESCRIPTION – MISSION

Gözen Security is looking for a talented, driven, creative and experienced Marketing Specialist to join Sales & Marketing team to accelerate marketing activities of Gözen Security brand. As Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the company’s digital growth strategy through well-designed marketing activities. Your role is to bring value by creating opportunities through strategic and operational analysis, project planning and execution, coordinating internal and external resources wisely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Implement Gözen Security’s marketing strategy and optimize customer lifecycle delivering consistent results against customer engagement and challenging sales goals

·       Execute annual marketing plan and budget focusing on increasing ROI

·       Identify target customer segments, understand customer behaviors that trigger acquisition and engagement using both quantitative and qualitative data and act upon with agile developments and constant experimentation

·       Ensure updating the company's corporate awareness and maintain the improvement and the continuity of the process

·       Manage local and global agencies (digital, PR, design, customer data and research) and other 3rd party marketing related providers

·       Responsible for managing ATL and BTL marketing activities with a high focus on website optimization, SEM, campaign management, media buying, digital event management, social media management, e-mail marketing, PR and media relations management, sponsorship management, content management and copywriting

·       Create and execute sales-oriented campaigns on quarterly basis

·       Build and maintain reporting with in-depth analysis to measure and optimize the efficiency of all marketing activities

·       Improve digital customer experience by functional, design and contextual improvement on digital marketing channels

·       Implement conversion optimization via marketing automation tools, website, CRM and social media pages

·       Align with multiple teams within Gözen Security, including Sales, Operations and Training to optimize campaign performance.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

·       University Degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Communication (Advertisement, PR or Marketing), Sociology, International Relations or Economy, MBA is a plus

·       Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (preferably in Private Security Services industry), agency experience is a plus

·       Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English

·       Have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable picking up new technologies quickly

·       Analytical skills, demonstrated ability to leverage data, including customer research, to develop marketing strategies

·       High attention to detail, effective at prioritizing and skilled at delivering solutions that save time and resource

·       Knowledge and/or experience working in a lean and agile environment with hands-on experience of relevant techniques and tools

·       Dynamic, creative, result oriented and agile personality with a can-do attitude

·       Experience in managing and orchestration of local - global creative and digital agencies

·       Experience in content management and content localization

·       Experience in digital marketing tools and aware of latest tips and tricks

·       CRM experience in B2B or B2C coordination, marketing automation
