QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client who is the global leader in the diagnostic market, is looking for an Human Resources Generalist. This role, reporting directly to the HR Director of META Region, will give you the opportunity to develop and progress within an established HR process.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment process and campaigns ensuring a smooth process for candidates and managers alike, managing the on-boarding and induction, supporting staff with training and retaining the best talent through to off-boarding of staff,
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities,

  • Creating and distributing internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
  • Providing ongoing advice and coaching to management related to all other HR issues,
  • Ensuring employee reviews are conducted accurately and in a timely manner through monthly audits and follow-up,
  • Collaborating with outside vendors, management and employees to maintain corporate social responsibility standards conscripted by authorities,
  • Providing effective and comprehensive support in all HR functions including organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning & development and employee relations and HR related policies to build the strength of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience,

  • Good understanding of HR policies & procedures,
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities,
  • Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills,
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, must be proactive and take initiative,
  • Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with all levels of management and business, partners, finding connections and anticipating needs,
  • Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve process.
