We are looking for a “Learning and Development Specialist” to our client in energy industry.

QUALIFICATON

• Bachelor's Degree,
• Min 3 years of work experience in training and development activities,
• Preferably knowledgeable on e-learning applications,
  
• Excellent organization and coordination skills,
  
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills,
• Effective time management skills,
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills and ability to interact with people at all levels,
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives,
  
• Advanced level of English,
• No travel restriction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyzing learning and development needs,
  
• Tracking and reporting on training outcomes,
• Managing  training, creation and supervision of ongoing training programs, and development of future training programs,
  
• Management of LMS (Learning Management System),
  
• Providing solutions for digital development,
  
• Supporting and following up annual training budget,
  
• Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
