We are looking for a "Receptionist" for our multinational client in the steel industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related universities,
• Strong representational skills, well-developed verbal communication skills,
• Presentabl, detail-oriented,
• Multi-tasking, disciplined, time management and follow-up skills,
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively,
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, courteous at all times,
• Developed planning and organizational skills,
• Good command of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Being present at the reception counter at the main entrance in accordance with the procedure,
• Directing the incoming calls to the switchboard phones under responsibility,
• Effective and fast management of internal and external telephone traffic, 
• Providing communication by correct routing, 
• Welcoming the visitors in a friendly manner in accordance with the corporate culture and directing them to the relevant department and people,
• Directing the people who come to the institution,
• Making logins and updates to related systems.
