Job Description

·         Support and completion of the group's process management on regional level by providing a user-oriented support base and managing regional IT projects

·         Coordination of regional projects and collaboration in groupwide projects

·         Troubleshooting, fault analysis and adjustments in our system landscape in cooperation with Group Process Management

·         Manage regional master data (i.e. setup of new plants, relocations, quality checks)

·         Support audits of business processes

·         Steering of external consultants for local legal requirements

·         Prepare cost analysis and specific reports.

Qualifications

·         University degree – Finance, Accounting, Controlling

·         Fluent in English

·         Knowledge of SAP Modules Controlling, Accounting and Sales Billing (strong advantage) as well as of interfaces to other SAP modules (e.g. PP, MM, SCM)

·         Knowledge in area of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, IT

·         MS Office, especially strong Excel skills

·         Assertive and communicative person

·         Time-management skills with the ability to deliver multiple tasks / projects to deadlines

·         Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Team player
