QUALIFICATIONS

4 year bachelor’s degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset,

Minimum 4 years’ of working experience at front office department,

Excellent command of written and spoken English is required,

Excellent command of MS Office applications and Opera PMS,

Attitude over skills,

Strong communication skills,

Good teamwork player,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible areas will be; to coordinate and monitor the work of the receptionists, to train the new employees and to give on the job training, be fully aware of all emergency procedures plus Health and Safety regulations, liaise closely with other departments to ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests.
