General Qualifications

•          Graduated from related engineering departments of universities (Industrial, Computer, Software Development, Mathmetichs , etc.)

•          At least 5 years of experience in SAP, preferably in the retail industry

•          Experienced in SAP Retail / MM / SD / modules and DBMS ( SAP FI / HR, SAP BO / Qlik Sense knowledge and experience will be plus) or preferably experienced in Global ERP

•          Fluent in English

•          Experienced in ITIL and Change Management processes

•          Good communication skills

•          Able to adapt to flexible working hours

•          Proficient in time management and planning skills

•          Open to innovations, able to adapt to the dynamic structure of business processes.

Job Description

•          Direct the SAP team and prepare business plans for various projects

•          Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

•          Analyze proposals, identify potential problem areas and recommend optimum approaches for project paths

•          Work with Service Desk group to continuously reduce number of support issues and improve internal customer satisfaction by adhering to the appropriate SLAs

•          Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

•          Ensure resource availability and allocation

•          Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

•          Provide support services in SAP FI, SAP HR and Logistics processes, SAP BO, Qlik Sense

•          Ensure technical design and project management in projects related to SAP

•          Respond to requests for help from users and stores, provide the necessary support

•          Provide communication and coordination between SAP Consultants and the company

•          Prepare documentation and keeping all documentations up to date.
