QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Great Place to Work® Institute Turkey, we are in search of  “Business Development & Sales Specialist” to join our team in Istanbul.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of successful sales experience especially in HR consultancy (and measurement instruments) and management consultancy
  • University degree in social sciences, statistics or management
  • Must be a polished presenter, able to persuade level decision makers
  • Relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, results oriented individual with clear focus on high quality and profitability
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent at identification of customer needs and challenges
  • Excellent communication, telephone, and negotiating skills
  • Detailed and team oriented
  • Outgoing personality
  • Passionate deal closer with high customer orientation
  • Very good command of written and spoken English


İŞ TANIMI

Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Present new products, services, campaigns and seasonal promotions and enhance existing relationships.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • Prepare and present offers.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Report sales activities.

Preferred Candidate

4 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
Class B
