JOB DESCRIPTION 

Conduct import & export operations, check and follow up of all the related processes including: 

• Carrying out import and export transactions in accordance with company procedures and policies, all financial and foreign exchange transactions by contacting the official authorities, banks and logistics firms
• Ensuring credit-debit processes
• Identifying, organizing the shipments, initiating the process with the related departments, forwarders and customs agent
• Invoicing, preparing, gathering and sending all exports related documents
• Providing information flow through the departments and with the sales offices regarding exports imports transactions
• Following up of the deliveries to the destinations, making sure there are no transportation problems, keeping sales offices updated with the delivery status
• Meeting month’s-end requirements of the accounting department, providing invoices and other related information timely and properly
• Following up all governmental processes and regulations, especially government incentives.
