QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with min 10 years of professional experience, ideally strong strategic HR Management
  • Min 4 years of experience in labor relations in a union manufacturing environment and a background in collaborative agreement process strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, employee satisfaction.
  • Fully computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel & ERP);
  • Fully equipped with the Turkish Labor Law and Social Security Legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Having driving license and no travel limitations;
  • For male candidates, military service should be completed 
  • Dynamic with ability to deliver business objectives;
  • Advanced analytical mindset and problem solving skills;

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Leading the entire HR organization and administration
  • Responsible for strategic HR management in the organization with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy according to current and future requirements
  • Change Management for the culture, processes and procedures of the organization to be able to increase a positive and motivator working environment
  • Leading and promoting a multidisciplinary team in line with corporate goals
  • Overall responsibility for the communication between employee and management by addressing demands, claims or other issues
  • Managing recruitment, selection process, payroll and performance appraisal system
  • Assess training needs to be able to apply and monitor training programs
  • Management of the union relations from representatives to head of union
  • Overall responsibility for union negotiations
  • Overall responsibility for monitoring and carrying out disciplinary committee
  • Defines the procedure and measures in case of daily problems
  • Responsible for HR budget and administrative costs in the area of responsibility
  • Responsible for the continuous development of the organization and processes
  • Collaboration and responsibility in executive management
  • Follow the labor law and ensure legal compliance throughout HR Management
