Now, we are looking for a " R&D Engineer" with qualifications mentioned below;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably master’s degree from Chemistry, Chemical or Polymer Engineering departments of the universities,
• Min. 2 years of experience in R&D projects, preferably in food packaging or plastic sector,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
• Analytical minded, result oriented and good at teamwork,
• Strong communication skills,
• Great attitude for continues learning and self-development
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Searching the literature for projects developed in R&D center,
• Developing and contributing to all projects carried out in our R&D center for already produced and new products,
• Supporting customer-based projects according to specifications or customer requirements,
• Taking an active role in the trials within the scope of the projects,
• Analyzing and evaluating the trial results within the scope of the projects,
• Regularly updating project status reports and providing necessary information,
• To ensure communication and coordination with universities, consultants and researchers within the determined scope of R&D projects,
• To follow new technologies and make alternative raw material studies,
• Supporting the certification processes and patent application processes related to the products developed
