QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We specialize in the development & manufacturing of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) for financial institutions and retailers, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) devices for railway or underground systems, as well as other currency recognition and cash processing equipment, modules and systems for over 20 years.


The Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1.     Learn GRG's products, its features and functions.

2.     Become an integral part of the Technical Support Team to deliver exceptional technical support service to the service partners and end users to solve technical problem, if necessary will visit customers to do on-site support.

3.     Manage the Pilot test and technical upgrade in project management approach.

4.     Responsible for prepairing the technical document such as working instruction, technical bulletin writing, user guides.

5.     Provide regular ongoing communication to customers on unresolved support cases and requirements.

6.     Keeping clients up-to-date with resolution efforts on current incidents.

7.     Deliver end user training to customers and technicians, if necessary.

8.     Maintain logs of ATM’s software or hardware problems detected

9.     Maintain and develop knowledge and understanding of customer and industry requirements

10.   Responsible for GRG local ATM running data analysis, competitor information collection and make the monthly report accordingly.

 

Employment standards

Ability to:

1.     Demonstrated experience in supporting and troubleshooting PC (Intel) hardware.

2.     Demonstrated experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7, 8, and 10.

3.     Demonstrated experience in maintaining backup software (Symantec Ghost)

4.     Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

  1. Demonstrated ability developing and maintaining technical & support documentation.

6.     Have a very good communication skilled, can do the training or demonstration for the customer.

7.     Must be fluent in both verbal and written English language.

 

Requirements

Knowledge of:

Computer operations hardware and office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook , PPT; be familiar with the working principle about the mechanism, electron and optics,

Outlook mail management system and software usage,

Network system,

End user IT Support,

Office equipments IT Support,

 

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor or degree above, college major in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

 

Special Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years working experience in technical support or customer service,

2. Experience banking equipment technology is preferable. Outgoing and proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit and good interpersonal communication skills,

3. No military obligation for male candidates,

4. No restriction to travel abroad,

5. Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred.

6. Experience of banking and ATM technology is preferred.

7. Residence in istanbul Anatolian Side is preferred.
