Business Development Manager - Tekirdag

We are searching for a Business Development Manager for our multinational business partner who is the global leader in textile chemicals. The Business Development Manager will directly report to expat Vice President and be responsible for;

• Manage key accounts, retailers and industry contacts in Turkey & in the region,
  
  
• Responsible for constituting business strategy on portfolio development, price positioning and product range,
  
  
• Affect and direct regarding budget, sales, manufacturing cost and revenue figures,
  
  
• Actively participate in product launches, train the technical sales force to successfully adapt & advance the very product lines' sales strategies,
  
  
• In depth analysis of textile chemicals market, follow up technology trends and monitor competitors' actions,
  
  
• Work closely with the sales team during customer visits in order to ensure successful new product introductions and promotional presentations,
  
  
• Identify and fix any possible customer claims and problems preemptively.

Qualifications;

• 7+ years experience in textile, textile chemicals and/or chemical industries,
• Product management experience combined with technical sales background is a strong asset,
• Analytical approach to and proven track record of portfolio development & account management in regarding industries,
• Strong communication skills with techno-commercial profile,
• Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office programs, 
• Exceptional negotiation and high adaptation skills in multicultural work enviorenments,
• Self-motivated & able to work with KPI's,
• No military obligation or handicap in travelling.
