Marketing Specialist/Supervisor

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree is a plus,
• Min 4 years of Marketing or Product Development experience  preferably in insurance companies,
• Good knowledge of Non Life Insurance Products (Car, Home and Health Insurance),
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Positive and effective team player,
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills,
• Multi task oriented,
• Result & Customer oriented.

İŞ TANIMI

• Working on new products and services development, from market analysis to launching, and conducting continous improvement of products in line with market conditions and customer needs,
• Following and coordinating products development with all related internal departments (Technical, Sales, IT) and third parties providers,
• Coordinating marketing communication materials about products and services with a customer oriented manner,
• Monitoring the performance of products and services with interpreting sales figures, service reportings, sales channel reviews and survey results,
• Assessing the customer satisfaction and scoring on the products and services to enchance areas of improvement,
• Active role in product digitalization activities by assisting digital dept / projects about products (online sales, mobile applications and web/portal products content briefing and tracking),
• Developing cross-selling actions.
