Dear Candidate,

If you fit the following criteria;

• Bachelor’s degree preferably from the Faculty of Economics, Administrative Sciences, Management, Engineering departments or Department of Law,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Insurance/Banking Compliance/Internal Audit/ Internal Control/ Risk Management/Legal departments,
• Have knowledge about insurance regulations and internal processes (preferably involved in compliance process of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data projects)
• Have full konwledge about international compliance and ethics rules,
• Excellent command of English/French,
• Confident about communication, persuasion and presentation skills and give importance to team work,
• Analytical, diligent, researcher and result oriented,
• Have strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills,
• Proficient in MS Office programs and willing to learn new programs,

JOB DESCRIPTION 

If you are ready to;

• Ensure that the activities of Groupama Insurance and Groupama Life Companies are carried out in compliance with local legislation and Groupama Group procedures (as well as their own internal procedures),
• Support the creation and implementation of the Compliance Program,
• Advise the business units and the Senior Management about compliance with the legislation, direct the actions they will take, coordinate with the business units when necessary and follow up the actions taken,
• Support the Personal Data Protection Office activities, Anti-Corruption and Managing Conflicts of Interest activities and Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) Compliance Program, 
• Carry out periodic and on-site control activities when necessary,
• Prepare and support training programs,
• Prepare reportings to the senior management and Groupama Group,
• Support Internal Control and Risk Management activities when necessary,
