We are looking for "Real Estate Operation Specialist”.

Job Decsription

• Identify potential new locations in the country (mall/streets),
• Contact landlords and actively negotiate new stores openings with no compromise on quality of the location,
• In existing locations, negotiate lease prolongations or store relocations,
• Investment and expenses in line with budget validated for the project,
• Management of landlord, all contractors and administrations involved in the project, 
• Coordinate with Regional Manager for store opening process (IT, Recrutment, Training, Implantation delivery, merchandising in store, opening commercial event…),
• Define and validate with GM, Finance Director (budget process) and Retail Manager the 2 years plan for renovation,
• Contractors management for operation and maintenance of the network (Cleaning, Cash Collection, Maintenance of lighting, etc…).

Main Skills Required

• University degree in relevant field,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• 5+ years of experience in relevant field,
• Ready to work with enthusiasm and energy,
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills,
• Sense of the negotiation, practical-minded, organized and methodical.
