We are looking for 'Revenue Growth Assistant Manager'.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Defines the long-term strategy for GSEB portfolio architecture by channel
- Prepares action plans for mix management by size and channel
- Defines KPIs and investment plans for promotions by channel
- Creates & leads sustainable spending patterns in both parties with the support of the Promotion Tracking Mechanism
- Manages channel activity plans on a monthly basis
- Does promotional analytics by channel and Customer to support the building of the Promotional plan and identify opportunities for improvement in ROI
- Development of information enablers to support correct decision-making by extracting and crossing data (Sell-in, Sell-Out, GFK, Prices, P&L)
- A key element being the close partnership with Sales & finance teams to provide decision support and guidance in ensuring the quality and understanding investments, both pre and post event.
- Helps with all RGM activities for Operating Plan delivery of Pricing, Promo ROI, Key Interface with Sales KAMs to develop Quarterly promo plan by RTM/ customer
- Develop & Monitors RGM initiative dashboard & KPIs, embedding market level RGM processes & tools for capabilities building and documentation of learning
- Control investment and costs to ensure that the process works and that we have the appropriate control points.
- Work with sales teams and finance to ensure all promo spend in the system is accruing correctly
- Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
MAIN SKILLS:
- Strong academic record from a reputable university, with business administration, economics, or industrial engineering backgrounds (MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient use of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)Solid analytical skills and high Finance knowledge
- High attention to detail, drive for superior results
- Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of self-awareness, open for feedback, and willingness to learn
