QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

CONTEXT:

WMF Brand Manager; responsible for product marketing, marketing communications, and POS activations of premium brands WMF&Kaiser;

  • ·       to increase sales value in line with business plans while achieving profitability targets
  • ·       to increase premium brand awareness in Turkey
  • ·       to ensure premium positioning and in-store execution excellence  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • ·       Optimizes and manages product assortment by continuous sales/profitability/competitor analysis. Defining and offering exclusive product strategy, making seasonal promotional activations.
  • ·       SKU management optimizing the assortment and managing phase-in/phase-out planning
  • ·       Making pricing strategies and price lists to meet profitability targets and sales volumes at the same time.
  • ·       Making monthly forecasting to ensure product availability to reach monthly sales targets while respecting stock targets of the company.
  • ·       Managing budget and re-budget processes by SKU and channel level.
  • ·       Manages ATL & BTL budgets with effective ROI (mainly on digital) to increase brand awareness, meet online channels sales targets, and create in-store excellence.
  • ·       Prepares annual marketing communication plans in line with premium brand strategy, to support hero product launches and to increase brand awareness.
  •         Manage product launches and build the selling story with a complete toolbox for ATL&BTL executions.
  •        Effective localization of global toolboxes with local creative agencies.
  • ·       Manages PR, media, social media, creative, and event agencies to effectively execute marketing plans.
  • ·       Managing wmf.com.tr web page in terms of content, design, stock&sales follow-up, pricing, activation plans to increase page visit & sales.
  • ·       Effectively manages performance marketing budget with the agency to hit e-comm sales targets.
  • ·       Prepares annual in-store excellence plans in line with the brand’s channel strategy, to build a premium brand image and to increase sell-outs.
  • ·       Executes and secures in-store excellence with shop-in-shop, stand, branded corner solutions, and POSM in premium WMF sellers.
  • ·       Supporting WMF trainer with training documents translations and preparation.
