JOB DESCRIPTION

Procurement:

•Localization of all POP Materials for Turkey (Shopping bags, mannequins etc.) and follow up the procurements of these items in GR and CY.

•IT Materials (follow up the local supplier with MIS team in Lugano)

•All printed forms that is being used in the stores (return receipts, reservation forms etc.)

•For new openings all necessary materials such as iron, water dispanser, ladder etc.

•Contraction process (with Legal Department) and other necessities for the new openings such as legal documents need to be presented in the stores (certain texts behing the cash desk).

•Light boxes (Coordinating the content with VM and Marketing)

•All kind of stationary needs

•All kind of procurements during the events (unless it’s not done by the agency)

•For new employees in the office, providing the phone, PC, business card etc. if needed. 

General Services:

•Cleaning 

•Security (coordinate with LP)

•Insurance

•Maintanance and repair

•Domestic transportation (among the stores) and couriers

•IT Support function for head office and all the stores in the region.

•Supervise the travel organizations (TR is organising locally, whereas GR and CY is asking from Guess EU) 

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Having a bachelor degree and at least 5 to 7 years’ experience.

·       Be professional and detailed oriented with a strong analytical skills.

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

·       Strong computer skills: good knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages is a must.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently.

·       Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
