QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Assistant Specialist position will support the all marketing processes in general within the Guess TR marketing team and mostly focus on following items,

-Following the influencer marketing operation;

• Developing a sustainable relationship with influencers

• Follow-up of Special Days

• Preparation and follow-up of seasonal Influencer Seeding posts and preparation and delivery of coverage report to the global

• To coordinate with the content tracking and store operation of annual paid partnerships, to produce content at global standards.

Sharing briefs

• Contract and payment tracking of annual paid partnerships

• Making store visits with influencers

• Being responsible for the participation of the influencers in the events held throughout the year and following the reflection and reporting

-CRM;

• Creation of the annual CRM plan for the local market and follow-up of the contents

• To share the most appropriate message in the local language with the customers.

• Content production

• Control of complaints platform under the roof of CRM, customer feedback

• TR ecomme customer complaints follow-up and customer returns

• Mailing organization to customers at new store openings

Digital Content:

• Google Maps recording and tracking of newly opened stores

• Follow-up of translations of Guess TR e-comme content and management of correction processes

• Content management of SM ads to be published for TR Etc.
