Recruitment Process

• Performing all recruitment processes (job posting, CV Screening, database search, application processing, conducting interviews (phone, massive and group interviews) and filtering candidates for retail employees, reference checks, feedback and offer, commencement and retention) 
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, carrier sites, employee referrals etc.
• Collaborate with store managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job carrier sites/universities etc.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management.
• Lead / execute on-boarding process for new comers.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality
• Positive and problem-solving attitude
• Should be able to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issue.
• Great interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable way and listen attentively to others.
• Excellent time management skills, meeting work deadlines effectively.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required.
• Detail oriented without losing the big picture.
