QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineer or relevant educational background (Logistics, Foreign Trade, Economics)

·        Good at spoken and written communication skills in English

·        Must be able to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities

·        Must be pro-active, self-starter and possess exceptional analytical skills

·        Knowledge of international trade terms and requirements

·        Good command of MS Office applications

·        For male candidates, no military obligation

·        Driver license must

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Manage and control all tasks between customers and any other departments

·        Responsible to import “order to deliver process”, follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions, issue sales invoice and ensure order is delivered on time in full

·        Coordinate all import and export duties such as receive documents from supplier and deliver them to custom agency, track the custom process report to manager

·        Organizing transportation and ensure delivery to customer on the time

·        If need help to receving and delivery staff on shipments

·        Data entry regarding sales statistics, import operation

·        Will make market research activities to expand the current sales network
