Maintenance Engineer

• University degree or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience as a maintenance engineer in a production area,
• Having excellent command of Autocad, MS Office,
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, heat systems is an asset,
• Good communication skills in English,
• Having experience in Statistical Process Control and Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Systems is a plus.
• Having strongly creative with an analytical mind,
• Experience in blue-collar management,
• Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches,
• Have the ability to coordinate,
• Having a B Class driving licence
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No travel restrictions.

For our Paper Mill in Corlu, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer. This role will be responsible for;

• Create the operating instructions of all machines, to prepare the layout plans of the machine park in the factory by considering the conditions related to work efficiency, effectiveness and safety, and to implement the layout by considering the development of the factory,
• Known every stage of maintenance, keeping the reliability of the equipment that controls the parameters affecting the process under control with the blue-collar employees attached to it,
• Plan the technical training programs related to maintenance of all personnel and to ensure that pieces of training are implemented with Take all necessary measures regarding the health and safety of the employees specified in the Work Instructions, to ensure that they are followed and to ensure that the employees are trained in this direction,
• Ensure that periodic, protective/predictive maintenance and lubrication activities of all kinds of mechanical equipment are carried out as planned and that they are implemented by preparing maintenance instructions for incidental and planned maintenance. To reduce incidental maintenance by ensuring that scheduled maintenance is performed periodically at specified times,
• Prepare machine registration cards and to ensure that periodic preventive/predictive and incidental maintenance records are kept regularly and accurately,
• Establishing a new facility or machinery park, transportation, disassembly, testing, adjustment, etc. to make transactions.
