QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


HANWA TURKEY is a branch of HANWA CO., LTD which is one of the major trading companies in Japan, established in 1947, Annual turnover US$16 Billion, total employees 5069 (in whole group) and we have 44 overseas offices and subsidiaries all around the world.  


HANWA TURKEY mainly deals with all kinds of steel and steel products other than steel, we have business of Metal & Alloys, Non-Ferrous Metals, chemicals, etc. 
While we import steel products from Japan and other countries, we also promote and export Turkish Steel to all around the world with the collaboration of our overseas offices.

We are looking for an “Administrative Assistant” with below specifications to join in our team located in Acıbadem Akasya.



Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in English, Japanese is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Description:

  • Collect and track monthly invoices
  • Apply payment request for invoices and necessary transactions
  • Provide support for sales and marketing activities
  • Track and record contracts and shipment documents
  • Market research for related subjects
  • Brief translations from Turkish to English OR English to Turkish
  • Conducting oral and written business correspondence in both English and Turkish languages
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and necessary documents of the sales activities
  • Organize and schedule appointments, book travel arrangements
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
